really good stay!

ample space useful amenities superb location

My experience was excellent! the staff greeted me with warmth and efficiency at check-in. the room offered ample space and included useful amenities like a coffee machine. I also found complimentary mulled wine. the location was superb. I walked to many attractions.

The coffee machine worked inconsistently. It needed several attempts for a proper brew.

i appreciated the central location near the opera house. my room included a kitchenette, very convenient. i also liked the complimentary cookies, apples and drinks available near the elevator.

the coffee machine operation was difficult and required multiple capsules per cup.

perfect location friendly staff

The location was very nice. it was so close to the basilica and many wonderful attractions. the rooms were clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. i also found the staff to be professional and friendly. They were always ready to help with a smile!!!

a decent stay

kind staff central location many options old sofa odd layout unpleasant stay

the staff, were kind. the location is central, it's easy to walk everywhere. the breakfast had a lot of options to choose, i appreciate that. i liked that the hotel provided tea and biscuits during the day.

the room we booked was across the road. the layout of the room seemed odd. the sofa was old, and worn off. it felt unpleasant to stay at.
